Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature and process of customizing products, all of our apparel and gear is made from scratch. All customized products with or without any text, numbers, logos, or other forms of custom designs are final sale. This also includes blank designs as these are fully custom due to the process of sublimation or embroidery.

Our Do-It-Right Guarantee makes it quick and easy:

  • If your order contains items that are printed or embroidered materially different than your final design or on incorrect products, we will reproduce those incorrect pieces for you or issue full or partially refund according to your request.
  • If for any reason we try and are unable to reprint or embroider those pieces correctly, we will refund you those pieces. Your refund will be issued within 1-2 days after we receive your item(s).
  • If you choose DHL Shipping for your order, we will fully refund your postage when you return or exchange.

CANCELLATIONS

Since your personalized items are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, a $20 customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason of the cancellation, and we will retrieve it back if the order has not been put into production.

But please note that once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase which has been put into production, your order is subject to a $20 restocking fee per item.

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, subtract shipping fees, discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.

  • This is a custom jersey which was not manufactured by or in any manner associated with any professional sports brand, league or manufacturer. Our customized jersey which is independently produced and designed carries no professional sports league designation or brand.
  • Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for blank products that have been processed or modified for secondary sale. This policy applies to all items altered from their original condition. We encourage customers to review this policy carefully before making a purchase for modification and resale.
  • An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event of force majeure beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation customs delays, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks. If an Event Outside Our Control takes place, our obligations under these general conditions will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control.
