We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders from continental United States that includes the 48 contiguous states but not Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories.

Production Time: 3-7 Working Days
Standard Shipping Time: 9~12 Working Days

Tips for Shipping:
1) For delivering successfully, we suggest you leave your correct email box and mobile number during checkout process.
2) Unsuccessful delivery caused by blank mobile column cannot be compensated.
3) PO Box or BFPO is not accepted if you choose Rush Shipping. Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by foryourcustom.
4) If you choose Free Standard Shipping your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in your country's facility. After it arrives in your country, please allow 5-7 days more for the package to reach you.
5)If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you a perfect gift.

Where is My Order?
Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your both account email and order number in order to monitor order status. After we sent out the package, you can get a tracking number and you can check the tracking information in this site: CLICK HERE

Do You Ship Internationally?
We happily fulfill international orders! We are proud to use UPS/DHL/Fedex/TNT/USPS as our primary carrier. Our production time will be the same and shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going. Depending on your home country a customs tax may be applied in addition to your shipping cost.

An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event of force majeure beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation customs delays, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks. If an Event Outside Our Control takes place, our obligations under these general conditions will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control.
